We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the John Lennon Official Store. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
